Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return Request
Log into your SmartLock account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Device
Place the smart lock and all original accessories, manuals, and mounting hardware back into the original retail packaging to ensure full refund eligibility.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for any physical damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
